Shipping and Returns


Processing time is usually between 3-5 working days.

Orders are shipped on weekends (this is easiest because I work full-time Monday-Friday. Orders made after 12pm on Saturday will be shipped the following weekend.

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries so please check out the options in cart to see prices.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please remember that delays due to customs can happen and we are not responsible for this.

Returns and Exchange

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and make sure your item(s) are returned to us within 30 days of delivery.



We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale


Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
